Formlit is a fitness application that uses on-device pose estimation to analyze exercise form in real time. The app provides visual feedback, rep counting, and form grading to help users improve their exercise technique.

2. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Formlit is not a medical device, personal trainer, or healthcare provider. The app provides automated form analysis based on computer vision, which has inherent limitations in accuracy.

• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program.
• If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical advice.
• Formlit's form grades and feedback are approximations and should not be treated as professional fitness or medical guidance.
• You are solely responsible for your physical safety while exercising.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 9 years old to use Formlit. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Formlit Pro

Formlit offers optional paid subscriptions ("Formlit Pro") that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are available on a weekly and annual basis.

Billing

• All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account.
• Prices are displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
